Asian Dating lives up to its name as one of the largest Asian dating sites out there.  It's also perhaps the largest dating site aimed at connecting men from West with women in the East. 

The site is owned and operated by Cupid Media, an Australian company which runs some 35 niche dating sites (many of which we feature in this article). 

While the majority of  female users on the site hail from the Philippines and Thailand, there are also significant amounts of profiles from China, Korea (south), Singapore, and even less popular destinations such as Cambodia. 

The strength of Asian Dating is the sheer size of its user base. There are often a couple thousand users online at time (depending on the time of day of course). 

Cupid Media does use an automated security system on their sites in order to detect unusual profile behavior (such as spam messaging for instance).  Users can also report any suspicious or fraudulent activity on the site to the site's admin team.

Cupid Media's site security is adequate but nothing special.  Just like most dating sites you'll run into fake profiles and would be scammers. However if you use common sense and steer clear of red flags you should be able to use the site safely and interact with the genuine profiles.

Filipino Cupid is one of the largest and most popular dating sites for men in the West who are looking for connections with women in the Philippines.  Just like the site Asian Dating, Filipino Cupid is also part of the Cupid Media family of dating sites. This means that Filipino Cupid uses an automated security system to screen profile on the site, as well as a user reporting feature that allows users to report suspicious or malicious behavior. 

The site has been around for well over a decade, and a has a long history of being one of the foremost Filipino dating sites on the web.

Christian Filipina is the largest site aimed at connecting Christian men from around the world with Christian women in the Philippines.  We're big fans of Christian Filipina here at Foreign Wife Happy Life. The main reason being the site's unwavering commitment to a positive user experience (both for their female and male users). 

Christian Filipina  is one of the few dating sites which has a manual review process for all user profiles, in addition to automated system checks and user reporting.  This makes Christian Filipina's profile security some of the tightest in the business. 

There are over 900,000 active users on the site, and more than half of those users are women in the Philippines.  If you couldn't tell from the site's name, Christian Filipina puts a big emphasis on connecting fellow Christians.

Christianity has a huge presence in the Philippines (both Protestant and Catholic). Needless to say you shouldn't have too much trouble finding a a serious woman with conservative Christian values (though religiosity will differ from member to member of course) on the site.

Everything about Pina Love, from its design to its branding, leans toward casual dating. While there may very well be Filipinas on the site looking for a long-term serious relationship, the majority are there out of curiosity, novelty, or perhaps a just a bit of fun. 

You're also liable to find freelances and working girls on the site too. There's also a separate part of the site dedicated to ladyboys (if that's your sort of thing).

One great feature on the site is that you're allowed to send and receive messages for free. The only catch is that you'll have to wait 10 minutes in between each message (unless of course you purchase a paid membership).  

Pinay Love is ideal for a bit of fun or adventure during a short stay in the Philippines. But if like most readers on this site you're focused on a serious relationship, then you might want to go with another Filipino dating site altogether.

Thai Cupid is the largest and most popular paid dating site for foreigners looking to date and make romantic connections in Thailand. There are well over 1 million users on Thai Cupid.

The site is part of the Cupid Media collection of sites (seven of which are mentioned in this article). As a result Thai Cupid shares the same level of security found on its sister sites.

If you've searched Thai dating sites on the web already, you should be aware that there are quite a few free options available. However these free sites often feel a bit like the wild west, and not in a good way. At its worst the Thai dating scene is full of bar girls, gold diggers, scammers, and the infamous lady boy. 

Good luck sorting through all of that on a free dating site. Thai Cupid is currently the best option for anyone interesting in dating online in Thailand as a foreigner. If you're looking for a serious relationship, there aren't any better options.

The folks behind Pinay Love also created Thai Friendly, a widely popular dating app for Thailand. Thai friendly boasts over 800,000 users, making it second only to Thai Cupid in terms of user numbers. 

Much like its sister site Pinay Love, Thai Friendly's site platform is bare bones and includes only  what is absolutely necessary to search profiles and start communicating with other users. 

The site is clearly aimed at a more casual dating experience. Women on this site are less likely to be looking for something serious (though with so many users the odds are that there are some serious minded ladies on the site). 

You will find working women and bar girls on the site; though there's also a fair amount of Thai women on the site for fun or out of curiosity.  There's also a separate part of the site dedicated to ladyboys (if that's your thing). 

You can send and receive messages for free on Thai Friendly. Just keep in mind that with a free membership you'll have to wait a mandatory ten minutes in between each message. A premium account will remove this limit.

This site isn't just a great Chinese dating site. It's a great dating site all round. We like it so much we featured it in our  Three Best International Dating Sites article (along with Christian Filipina). 

China Love Match (CLM) was started by an American/Chinese couple who themselves had used other international dating sites to find love in China. Dissatisfied with the amount of spammers and scammers on most sites, the couple decided to start their own dating site.  Their goal was to create a site that was open, transparent, and (most importantly) kept spammers away. The end result was China Love Match.

Over the years China Love Match has maintained its strong stance against scammers. To date the company claims they haven't published a single fake profile since the site began. CLM's security is some of the highest you'll find on any dating site. 

The company manually reviews all new profiles. In their effort to weed out scammers CLM rejects as many as 60% of all new profiles. If an especially clever scammer somehow manages to slip through the net, the site features a user reporting system where any user can report suspicious activity.

  When a scammer is found on the site. CLM sends a warning notification to all site members the scammer had contact with. The site also publicly displays the scammer's profile and info in the "scammer prison" section of the website.

If all this security wasn't enough, CLM also gives paid members the option to check another user's IP address. This is so that a user can see whether or not the person they are talking with is from where they say they are from. I know of no other dating site that does this.

CLM also has some great community features. Members can create their own personal blog on the site, which can be read by other members. There is also an active member forum as well. It's not uncommon for men and women to take interest in each other after reading one another's blog posts. 

While these blog and forum posts can discuss anything from one's personal life, hobbies, or even philosophy; there are also a substantial amount of cultural articles published by the site's founder John Abbot. 

If you're at all interested in connecting with and dating Chinese women in China, this site should be at the top of your list.

China Love Cupid is Cupid Media's answer to Chinese dating sites. The site shares the usual strengths and weaknesses found on other Cupid Media sites. 

China Love Cupid has an automated security system and way for users to report suspicious activities. Even so, it's no uncommon for a fake profile to slip through the cracks (Cupid Media doesn't seem to be all that pro active against fake profiles). 

Still, if you're looking to connect with real and genuine Chinese ladies, they can be found on this site. If you exercise common sense and steer clear of any red flags you should have no problem using China Love Cupid safely.  All in all the site is an affordable option for those with hearts set on dating in China.

Vietnam Cupid is only site we're aware off that is aimed at connecting men from around the world with ladies in Vietnam.  The site is part of the Cupid Media family.

Cupid Media sites are known to have a security against scammers and fake profiles that is functional, but leaves some to be desired. You should be fine while using the site, just be smart and use common sense. 

If you're serious about connecting with women who live in Vietnam, Vietnam Cupid is probably your best option (there just aren't a lot of other choices out there). The site is safe enough to use, and there are more than enough real profiles and sincere women on the site to justify joining the site.

There are actually a fair amount of apps created specifically for dating in Korea. The only problem is that almost all of them are specifically for native Koreans who are looking to meet other native Koreans. Korean Cupid, a site that connects foreigners to native Koreans, is the rare exception. 

Unless you're fluent in Korean, live in Korea, and or look at least a little Asian, Korean Cupid is your best bet for online dating in South Korea. For the most part the site's automated security and user reporting features do an okay job at keeping out spammers and scammers. Still, as with any dating site take necessary precautions while using Korean Cupid. 

This site affords foreign guys a doorway into a dating scene that is often closed off to outsiders. If you're dead set on finding love in South Korea, this is your site.

There aren't a lot of Japanese dating sites ought there geared toward foreigners. In fact all of the most popular dating apps in Japan are only offered in Japanese. If you're a western guy interested in finding a girl in Japan, it's hard not to feel like Japan's historical isolationism carries over into Japanese dating scene. 

Luckily there's Japan Cupid. If you couldn't tell be the name this site also belongs to the Cupid Media family.  Like its sister sites Japanese Cupid is neither the best international dating site nor the worst. Still, as far as online options go it's the only site that specifically tries to connect foreigners with ladies in Japan.
